The project/training had been carried out with efficiency and effectiveness. I acquired training in the field of marketing at World vision, Bhopal for a period of one month. During my training period, I got an opportunity to study employee fringe benefits. This was mainly dealt under the finance department. I attained knowledge regarding employee perks, employee turnover ratio etc.

• Good understanding of Windows based systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective skills in using Internet and the Social media like Facebook, Youtube and Twitter for effectivemarketing and event management.
