Telephone operator/reliver, attend incoming calls and collect daily sales from different brands
Replenishment of Items in the selling area.
Attend customers need

Handling companys petty cash
Preparing quotations to customers (units or parts of tank trucks and repairs)
Administrative jobs (posting memos, warning letters, issues COE, checking staffs payroll etc., )
Thorough checking of new arrival units of fuel tanks and trucks- from China. Making sure there is no
damage at all.
Purchased items from china use in fabrication for customers units and purchasing locally as well.
Monitoring of workers job in production area from time to time
Prepares, Sending Statement of Account via Email and follow up of payments for parts, purchased units
to customers
Handling customers Inquiries and concers (via emails, phone calls)
Collecting of Payments from customers offices and deposit directly to companys bank account.
Filing and updating documents (customers and staff)
Weekly inventory of all the parts available in the warehouse.
Report all the updated jobs to the General Manager (end of day/ weekly)

Setting up the venue (outside events caterings)
Attends guests request
Greetings and serving of foods and drinks in a good manner.
