Duties and Responsibilities:
o Value selling, product shows, demonstrations, technical comparison against competition.
o Attainment of specifications and approvals from jobsite consultants & contractors through submittals, design proposals, techno commercial comparisons & seminars.
o Conducting on site mock ups, pull out test of anchors, fire stop inspection.

Duties and Responsibilities:
o Managing relationships with assigned business partners from Middle East and North Africa regions and ensuring they are meeting contractual obligations in terms of revenue and margin.
o Carry out technical Selection for Chillers, Air side products, Precision Units, Package units and special customized units.
o Handling the sales process such Enquiry Registration, Pricing, Order Processing, Negotiation and Maximization.
o Liaising with factory for production on time and with distributors for payment collection.
o Receiving selections from third party supplier for Horse Shoe Heat Pipe, Heat Recovery wheel and negotiating prices.
o Co-ordinate with Logistics for ensuring proper and timely delivery.
o Hold regular conference calls with the distributors to discuss performance and opportunities.
o Ensure all service related issues are resolved in a timely manner.
