• Responsible for managing the entire event from conceptualizing, planning till execution.

• Venue sourcing in Dubai, London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Moscow, Johannesburg, Azerbaijan & India. Securing contracts & liaising with the
venue from start to finish of the event.
• Updating & maintaining the floor plan with close co-ordination with all
stakeholders.
• Sourced venues, managed floor plans, appointed contractors and monitored
performance thereby insuring quality service at a competitive price.
• Managed relationship with key stakeholders (designers, contractors, stand builders, F&B, emergency aid, health & safety, audio-visual, travel, logistics,
government authorities, freight agent and accommodation partners.)
• Maintained good database of contractors and venues in order to evaluate
services and facilities that are available within the industry.
• Work out entire merchandising, ordering and maintenance features along
with necessary cash and inventory control.
• Direct loss prevention initiatives, successfully reducing shrinkage.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, activity reports.
• Increasing standards of customer service.
• Providing the sales team with a stimulating and supportive environment.
• Liaising with the supply chain regarding the supply of stock in the Area to
maximize stock potential.
• Interview, hire, train, mentor, coach and evaluate performance of hourly
associates and formulate their work schedules.
