Key responsibilities.

1. Establishing, implementing and monitoring of OHSSE Management System.
2. Impart Safety and skill based training for employees, contractors, and stake holders
3. Organise awareness programs for employees and stake holders.
4. HSE Rounds and interventions.
5. Coordinate Emergency drills and debriefs
6. Coordinate OHSSE Meetings, prepare MOM and follow ups.
7. Observed the provisions of the relevant HSE legislation/regulations and all company policies and procedures.
8. Reporting to top management on the performance of the system, including needs for improvement by way of analyzing non-conformity and results of internal audits.
9. Coordinate accident/incident investigation, maintain the company's accident statistics and analyse the trends on a regular basis and advise management and the OHS and E committee of any trends.
10. To establish, implement and maintain Emergency Response Procedure for various potential hazardous situations.
11. Drive HSE training needs analysis in the CFS, prepare training plans, coordinating/delivering in-house HSE training, and maintain training MIS.
12. To ensure all new employees undertake a competency assessment prior to being allocate to operate any plant or machinery and where necessary a program of structure training is implemented.
13. Make recommendations to CFS Head on Safety improvements, hot-spot areas where more attention is needed from CFS Management.
14. To coordinate all internal and external audits of ISO Management systems and documentation at CFS.
15. Co-ordinate PTW requirements at CFS.
