Preparing Monthly Reports like BS; P&L A/c and Collection Report, Sales Report, O/S Debtors and Creditor Report
respectively. Managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and developing financial strategies

• Spearheading efforts across handling entire spectrum of functions of the company & acting as a key member of
corporate leadership Team for finance decision making support to the Board & Management. Ensuring adherence
to statutory compliances.
• Adroitly handling the whole gamut of account activities viz., rendered functions of accounts payable/receivable
(income tax, TDS, sales tax, service tax and GST); also looking after tax and commercial activities of the company.
• Conceptualizing & implementing accounting policies/ principles and tracking systems for various functional areas
while ensuring financial & internal controls are in place & adhered; Monitoring of all statutory accounts and their
payments in due time.
• Steering financial planning of the organization, efficiently coordinating and assisting the auditors in the audit
related issues; ensuring compliance with accounting standards & procedures and rectification on wrong entries and
making necessary adjustment entries.
• Responsible for preparing financial reports to determine the financial visibility, projected cash flow/fund flow to
monitor the inflow of funds and ensured optimum utilization of available fund in line with corporate goals.
• Monitoring the reporting system and preparing MIS reports for monitoring movement of key business indicators to
facilitate decision making and fruitful dissemination of information; Maintaining cordial relation with business group
and branches for preparation of fund forecast, timely collating data for additional fund requirement.
• Ensuring statutory compliance for all activities such as timely deposit of provident fund, TDS, GST & service tax
liabilities and timely submission of all returns; responsible for approving the Credit Policy for customers.
• Planning & implementing various internal control techniques to establish proper management control over all the
branches for debtors and cash management and handling petty cash at branches.
• Looking after operational expenditure/control and responsible for strategically planning & implementing innovative
business strategies to initiate finance control to maximize profitability; coordinating with systems team for
necessary change and system development required for proper management control.
• Successfully establishing a system of pricing mechanism to monitor each job with respect to the cost incurred its
profitability and ensuring all items of cost are properly billed to the customer.
• Credentials of bringing the accounting system to on track as per IFRS
• Successfully reconciled all suppliers and customers accounts as well as attended the sales/income tax
assessments.
• Played a key role in collecting all funds up to 95% of the project.

• Actively filed of all the returns in time, like TDS, Sales Tax, Income Tax & ROC.
• Independently prepared Statement of Accounts, 3 CD and submitted to auditors in time and sent MIS Reports in
time.
• Successfully reduced:
◦ Exchange loss by monitoring Inward Remittance and Export Payments.
◦ Interest Cost by taking preshipment and postshipment loans at appropriate times.

• Actively participated in getting the excise registration for the company on companys turnover crossing the
prescribed limit.
• Onus of developing a system for scrap handling.
• Adroitly maintained accounts online and submitting the various statutory returns like ROC, Income tax Returns,
Sales Tax Returns, PF & ESI Returns etc., within the stipulated time.
• Completed and obtained the assessment orders from sales tax and Income tax for the year 1996 - 97.
