• Started carrier with this organization as the Project In-Charge of MILCO Dairy Products and contributed in rewriting the HHT modules to suit the requirement of the Sales & Distribution, Sales Accounting, Sales Forecasting and MIS Departments.
• Coordinated a team representing the Sales and Distribution, Sales Accounts, IT and Warehouse. Planned and implemented the system successfully in all Regions with in the committed time frame.
• Trained entire staff in Sales & Distribution, Sales Accounting and Warehousing teams of each Regional Area, in handling the sales transactions, Daily Reconciliation and Interpreting the related Reports.
• Efficiently implemented the first depot of the project within 5 months against 6 month's targeted period. Successfully implemented the project across all the company Satellite Depots with 100% accuracy.
• Entrusted with the finalization of a single unified application for the HHT and its implementation for the centralization of the sales operations of all business units of NFPC, which was used in entire Business Units, which involved Finalization of requirement in liaison with all the Business units, coordination with the Software Vendor, testing of all the Modules developed and Trail Run & Implementation.
