Mall OF Emirates Expansion Project & Capex project - Dubai (Project value nearly a billion AED)
Involved in the construction of Transfer slabs nearly
20, 000 Sq. m which opens 24 new cinemas and 40 new
retail units with restaurants. Monitor the erection of
over 5000 tons of structural steel as a part of expansion
Project, which includes prefabricated girder, standing sim
roof with mechanical platforms and required steel
structure for the skylights & domes. Providing
comprehensive solutions to install 2600 Sq. m of Glassing
which comprises 2 new Domes and 200 mts of curved Skylights. Preparing short term strategic plans to
Ensure Ceiling & Flooring work as per the base line programme. Leading a seismic strengthening team
to strengthen nearly 30 existing structure in several locations inside the mall. And managing the
refurbishment team to enrich the mall area, carpark and the entire Façade.
Serenia residence, Palm Islands - Dubai (Project value nearly half a billion AED)
Involved in the finishing, until handover of apartments to
the client and the tenants to their satisfaction, complying
with the project specification. Constructed the luxuries
Pent housed with costumed finishes in line with the client
expectation. Involved in the establishment of hardscapes,
landscape, gymnasium and different types of swimming
pools with the play area. Executed the installations of
glass curtain wall, glass doors, glass partitions and
interior fit outs as a semi-furnished apartments with kitchen equipment. Monitored the commissioning
of MEP services, elevators & the external & internal powered systems.
Jumeriah Beach hotel Project - Dubai (Project value nearly 200 million AED)
Leading a team involved in the demolition of old kids club
and construction of new club with fabulous finishing.
Refurbishment of old swimming pools, landscape around
the pool area and driveways. Construction of new
substation to enhance the power requirement for the
hotel Extension. Extension and renovation of the beach
strands with chill out bars, dispensers with the required
facilities for the hoteliers. Guiding the team involved in
the rooms & suite refurbishment with new MEP services
and extension of required MEP services to the newly built club, strands, pools & Chill out bars.
Sport society mall, Mirdif - Dubai (Current project and value nearly 320 million AED)
Managing the entire steel structure and finishing package
in this project. This project includes huge steel trusses,
steel stairs, multimedia façade, ice ring which required a
jumbo Tron hanging from the truss and extensive floor,
wall and ceiling finishes. It will be one of the biggest
sport malls in the world with a huge Multimedia screen
as a façade which displays the sports events to the
visitors. In this project I lead the finishing team
operational and involved in the procurement of materials and specialised contractors.
Overall Responsibilities:
Steering the project operations with accountability of defining scope, setting timelines and prioritizing
the procurement of materials and subcontractors as per the project requirement.
Review the project plan/Program and the set the time line for the site activities to meet the base line.
Involved in the procurement of materials & contractors align with the project specification and
requirement.
Review the quality management plan, site safety plan & sustainability plan and amend it to suits the
project requirement and accomplish a suitable logistic plan for site and storage.
Developing a MSRA and COSHH assessment for all the activities which we directly involved. Review and
approve the subcontractor documents for every activity prior to commence on site.
Ensuring all the construction activities are operated as per policies & procedures of the organization.
Monitor the standards of work and examining the methodology for specific operations as per QA/QC
norms and the policy of the company. Which give a platform to gain better profit margin for the
business.
Involved in pre & post construction works and deal with required Authority approvals to start up and
also close the project after completion.
Installation & Construction which I have experienced in the past years:
Installation of steel structures, construction of RC structures & construction of composite structures as
well. Static & Moveable tower cranes and mobile tower cranes with Anti-collision system to comply with
the logistic purpose of the project.
Standing sim roofs, Roof purlins, cladding rails, roofing sheet, water proofing & EFIS. Domes, Skylights,
Glassing, glass walls system as a part of wrapping up the building
Acoustic walls, fire proofing walls, moisture resistance walls & cinema fit outs. Glass partitions, specialized
kitchen cabinets with appliances, classical bath cubical and furniture as a part of interior fit outs
Construction of pent housed with High end finishes, swimming pools with specialized flooring and
luxuries/extensive wall, floor and ceiling finishes.
New Implementation in the project
Transfer slab with Autoclaved Aerated Concrete planks. (Light weight transfer slab app. 600 Kg/m3)
Neoprene - PTFE sliding bearing system.
Specially designed Barrette piling System, jacketing & strengthening of vertical & horizontal structures.

Key Responsibilities:
Overall contract management and preparing project Program based on engineering and architectural
specifications. Implemented project scheduling control tools to monitor projects program on monthly
basis. Communicated relevant project information to the client and project team. Formulated procedures
to develop standard documentation for construction works and quality control
New Implementation in the project
Natural ventilated cooling system by implementing water circulation ponds around the building and Atrium
structure to allow fast circulation of air. And specially designed AHU’s & Mini cooling plant.
Introduced specially designed louvers to break the direct sunlight fall in the building as a part of energy
saving.
Biological Treatment plant for sewage water.
Projected the quantities and cost of materials, equipment, & labor to determine project feasibility

Monitored the overall process of documenting, pricing, and negotiating change orders with the clients
