Duties and Responsibilities Performed as Senior Warehouse Coordinator:
 Check the total released orders in WMS control board and prepared the assignments to be completed for the day.
 Segregate the orders as per priority from the Branch Transfers, Cash Van Transfers and Sales Orders.
 Coordinate and supervise the team to be prepared orders of priority customers and Booking customers (E.g.: Panda/Nahdi etc.)
 Make sure that the all the picking assignments are distributed to the concerned pickers.
 Supervise and coordinate the pickers to be completed the orders which are assigned for the day.
 Supervise the checkers to be completed the checking process those picked orders before going to loading area within the timeline.
 Make sure that all details are entered in the system for those picked and checked orders. (Case & pallet count details).
 Coordinate and supervise the team to move the checked orders stocks to the loading area from staging as per the loading schedule.
 Make sure with the team to compile the policies and procedures by proper signature in the pick slips and loading slips for proper documentation as per company policies.
 Follow up with the team to do the back order process on daily basis without fail.
 Prepare the Summary of picked and pending order Status for the day twice and update to the Warehouse Manager & Management.
 Analyze and review the pickers’ performance by using report and do the necessary action to achieve maximum output for the growth of organization.
 Contribute maximum effort to achieve 100% to achieve on time for all the outbound transactions.

Conducting Daily Cycle Counts.
Maintaining KPI’s for Orders.
Co-ordination with Logistic Team /Inbound/Return Team.

• Daily basis co-coordinating with warehouse team and sales team for to clear the issues.
• Preparing the Production report, Sales report / overall stock status on daily / weekly / monthly basis and providing to Management to improve company growth ratio.
• Outbound Delivery verification & Reversal of incorrect entries.
• SAP system all the IM process and Creation of Physical Inventory Documents, Count Entries, once verification complete then finally uploading will be done.
• Preparation of purchase requisition / GRN entry in SAP system.
• Preparing the weekly report which consists of stocks, manpower and equipment’s and even incidents report also.

Designation: Stock Keeper:
• Updating stock records Production entry, loading reports, stock list, log book etc.
• Updating Orion (Oracle based Software) & Excel stock status on daily basis.
• Receiving materials from production department to stock department accurately.
• Responsible to answer email & phone calls from sales team about products.
• To prepare delivery notes for customers while loading.
• To prepare credit notes for customer while returns the materials.
• Responsible for proper storage & dispatch of product.
