• Forecasting the resource utilization in the field
• Planning the field Roll Out Sites on daily basis
• Tracing all the status of Roll Out Sites
• Escalating the issues of the Sites to BSS department & communicate with them to resolve issues
• Report making of every technology 2G, 3G & 4G
• Verifying swap cases, call drop, throughput issues & zero call cases, along with the customer
• Submission of SSV and getting it approved
• Record keeping of SSV Reports
• Record keeping of daily site visit and activity details
• Analyzing KPI’s of new sites on daily basis

I have done engineering in Electronics and specialization in Telecommunications. I have been a very bright student during my education period. And still have an interest in Telecommunication field. Courses done during my specialization are Routing and Switching, Next Generation Wireless, Mobile and Satellite, Data Communication. My final year project was UGV (un-grounded vehicle with surveillance system)
