The first of its kind Semi Conductor development facility in GCC. The EPC Contract for the HVAC
System of the project was awarded to M/s Arabian MEP Contracting for design & build of Air
conditioning system for 27 Buildings. The project includes all kinds of air-conditioning system .
* Chilled water air conditioning system
* DX Package air conditioning
* Data centre air conditioning (In row cooling system)
* Warehouse ventilation system
* Purging Air conditioning system
* Clean room air conditioning.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES AT SITE ENGINEER STAGE OF PROJECT :
1. Supervision of Mechanical works (HVAC)
2. Able to read shop Drawings & preparing red mark drawings as per site changes
3. Co-ordinate with store & Arrange Materials at site
4. Effective use of materials and site avoid wastage
5. Effective utilization of manpower
6. Material ordering & Take off
1. Represent Company as the Jr.SITE ENGINEER with Main contractor, Client, Consultants.
GENERAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PROJECT :
2. Represent Company in critical regular meetings to ensure control over the progress / Target
of the tasks.
3. Assess the Subcontractor Contract agreement of the project to ensure there is no deviation
in the works being held.
ACHIEVEMENTS AT QSTEC PROJECT :
1. M/S ARABIAN MEP CONTRACTING WAS AWARDED FOR QSTEC, THE SUSTAINABLE PROJECT OF
THE YEAR AWARD FROM “THE CONSTRUCTION WEEKLY MAGAZINE”.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. HVAC services Engineering material submittal preparation.
2. Coordination with vendors for the material submittal as per the Engineering requirement of
the project as per Project & QCS Specification.
3. Submission of the preparing material submittals to the consultant & ensure the submittal to
be approved.
