- Handle company’s official paid accounts (Dubizzle.com, Alibaba.com, autotraderuae.com, Dubicars.com etc), keeping all those accounts up to date with new and sold vehicles, refreshing ads and adding and deleting of stock.

- Making price comparative analysis, competitive analysis, get aware to the management with the market trends of the automobiles, help management in making decision of purchasing the new stock.
- Effectively using of instant chat messaging Apps (WhatsApp, Wechat, Skype, I.M.O etc) to entertain the clients and for promptly response to them, which really help me to stick with the client, get their concerns, solve with them.

- Good knowledge in dealing with the shipping companies and its process.
- Get quotations or freight charges from different shipping companies on client’s requirements, doing price comparative analysis, checking shipping company background and credibility and selection of best quotation along with best shipping company who can able to provide excellent shipping service to our clients.
- Good expertise and knowledge of shipping terms like EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF etc, quoting price to the clients according to their desire shipping terms.
- Good working knowledge of handling LC (Letter of Credit), TT, & Western Union.
- Handle the process from initial shipping process, inspection, loading vehicles, then issuance of BL (Bill of Lading), delivery of vehicles, delivery of BL and clearance of the payment.
