Assume accountability to conduct external audits of clients spread across various industries. Conducted timely work reviews of team members to ensure the quality of audit work and identify weak areas for further improvement. Analysed financial statements as well as identified areas of financial risks with a detailed understanding of client's business acquired through enquiries. Planned, organized, and delivered more than 30 training sessions in order to meet the learning and development needs of staff, whilst acting as member of learning and development team. Liaised with the team in staff hiring process and conducted technical interviews with potential candidates.
