❖ Manage and Lead the Project Teams comprising of Functional and Technical Consultants in the various projects related to the implementation, upgrade & support of Oracle Applications and OBIEE.
❖ Perform the role of On-Site Project Manager and Solution Architect, prepare the overall solution design, create Project Plan, allocate resources as per project needs, plan activities for the team members, coordinate with the team in development of various technical components, timely follow up with the team, and preparing the manpower budgeting and forecasting.
❖ Participate in the Project Management related activities such as creating Scope Management, Work Break-Down Structure Creation, identify deliverables, plan milestones, prepare resource plan, identify associated risks, perform customer trainings when required, conduct UATs and provide valuable inputs for Project Closure.
❖ Perform PRE-SALES activities such as RFP Evaluation, preparation of Technical Project Proposal, propose Solution Footprint, Conduct POCs where required, perform High Level Scope evaluation and effort estimations.

Description : Upgrade from OBI Apps 7.9.5 to the new version 7.9.5.2.
❖ I was responsible for leading the teams of Oracle Applications & BI for support and implementation. Oracle Applications was the ERP which was serving the transactional system requirements of more than 48 Government Entities under the umbrella of Dubai e-Government.
❖ My main responsibilities were to manage the support and implementation of Oracle Applications as per new requirements and along with that identify the analytical reporting needs and provide solution to cater those needs. As part of this activity, I implemented various BI Tools including Oracle BI Discoverer at more than 30 Government Entities in conjunction with NOEXTIX BI Views (A BI Reporting tool which automatically creates the Discoverer EUL based on the Oracle Application's Setup)
❖ During the course of my job, I participated in more than 10 Oracle Applications Implementation Projects at various prestigious government entities while acting as a Project Manager / Lead and Solution Architect and ensured the smooth delivery of projects within the desired time and budget.

Job Description
❖ I was leading the team of 7 System Analysts, which was responsible for support, enhancement and implementation of enterprise Data Warehouse (KALIDO) and Business Intelligence System (Business Objects)
❖ Day to Day responsibilities were to manage the team of BI Consultants which was responsible for support and enhancement of the existing ETL Design Strategy, data extraction and loading, enhancement of the ETL design to incorporate new requirements, Dimensional Modeling, creating new Data Models as per the ever-changing requirements, supporting and enhancing existing BO Universe, creating new BO Reports as per the business users requirements etc.
❖ I was part of the team which was responsible for Implementation of Central Bank's Data Warehouse and BI System, which consisted on 12 Business Areas such as Balance of Payment (BOP), Agriculture and Industry, Banking, Funds etc and its main purpose was to cater the Central Bank's native reporting and analysis requirements, as well as to serve the reporting needs of IMF.
❖ The Central Banking Data Warehouse was complete custom build Data Warehouse built on Oracle Database and was fully integrated with the native ERP, Oracle Applications. It was also linked with the 56 Banks and around 18 Non-Banking Financial Institutions, and money exchanges. For reporting purpose, MS OLAP was used which was integrated within the custom built Oracle Portal. Oracle Warehouse Builder was used as internal ETL Tool whereas for external Data Acquisition, a custom J2EE system was built which used to receive the data from external sources and was responsible for performing the data validation, loading, transformation and error resolution.
