Key Job Responsibilities

- Cummins Power generation equipment Aftermarket sales.
- Cummins engine spare parts Aftermarket sales
- Cummins engine sales ( New and Recon)
- FILTRATION ( Fleetguard)
- Sales of Cummins recommended Engine oil ( VALVOLINE)
- Preventive Maintenance and Service contracts
- Implementation of new Sales strategies
- Working with the pricing team an updating the sales team accordingly
- Conducting weekly /monthly staff meetings to oversee improvements /shortcomings of the personnel
- Preparation of an individual development plan for the team
- Conducting surveys of the market which helps in identifying the non-genuine, and will fit parts and educating / encouraging the customer to opt for genuine parts only
- Work with the supply chain manager for actual monthly forecasts and pending customer shipments to decrease lead time on parts.
- Keep close coordination with the warehouse and other branches for stocking and inventory plan .

KPI’s Achieved

• Aftermarket annual target of $ 13 million USD ( Parts & Filtration).

• 25 annual Preventive maintenance service contracts (Value $10 K each)

• 15 weekly customer visits

• 1500 drums of engine oil sold per annum

Aftermarket sales of spare parts for all types of heavy duty trucks and equipment (Brands International/DAF /ELGIN/NEW HOLLAND/IVECO/VOLVO/SCANIA) .

Filtration systems (Brands Fleetguard /Volvo /Caterpillar/ IVECO /DAF)

Fleet truck and bus spare part sales (Brakes, clutches, engine parts, belts, Alternators, Batteries.

Aftermarket brands include ( STEINHOFF, MAGNETI MARELLI, DELCO REMY, LUTHRA, EATON, DAYCO)

 Making the necessary sales orders as per the requirement of the customer
 Ensure the listing of our products in all customer outlets and records
 Marketing of all company brands and services thoroughly to the customer and convincing them to choose our company
 Keeping track of Month to date and Year to date sales and trying level best to achieve the sales target before the end of the month.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets using a team approach across all functional areas (trade marketing, operations, finance, and logistics) to develop further business results and secure profitable growth.
 Ensuring all sales collections are done on time and safely deposited in the company account
 Keeping the customer up to date with the new promotion policies of the company
 Follow up continuously with the customer as per the requirement of the customer
 Getting feedback from various customers and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Opens, reads, and acts upon incoming mail as required.
• Designing flyers and brochures for advertisement and promotion
• Making 3 dimensional drawings for custom orders
• Coordinates and arranges meetings-preparing agendas, and preparing facilities etc.
• Organize and maintains files, Works with and updates internal data systems
• Assists in filing expense reports.
• Operates all official equipments
• Preparing customer invoices.
• Preparing Vouchers, Receiving checks, banking transactions.
• Managing the customers telephonic orders and distribute according to their orders.
