 2+ years of experience with TCP/IP networks, VoIP, routers, switches, and network device monitoring software with detailed design, planning, and implementation and the deployment of private wireless narrowband and broadband systems with an emphasis on TCP/IP and VoIP network architecture.
 Knowledge of the design constraints and capabilities of data link and network protocols, including Ethernet, SONET, ATM, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP and MPLS.
 Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot routed and switched networks.
 Analyzing the mobile data applications & use and deployment of new and innovative broadband wireless systems and techniques, including WiFi, WiMAX, UMTS, and LTE to support mobile data applications.
 Field coverage testing and verification & troubleshooting radio interference issues.
 Knowledge of RF propagation modeling, coverage planning, and how to use current coverage planning software.
 Knowledge of antenna systems, including the use of combiners, multi-couplers, filters, and sophisticated distributed antenna systems & solutions.
 Extensive knowledge of transmission lines, antennas, RF conditioners, and test equipment.
 Power Consumption testing in the following technology areas: CDMA2000, 1xEV-DO (Rev 0/A/B), WCDMA.
 GSM/GPRS, LTE Job responsibilities includes system level feature testing, developing/executing test strategies and test plans, field log analysis, troubleshooting/analyzing problems, optimizing system performance, improving the stability of the product, optimizing power consumption and supporting customers with product commercialization.
