Review Prequalification, Material and Technical Submittal, drawings, clarifying request for information for Plant DCS System and Integrated SCADA System, Electrical and Vendor Packages;

The brief scope Plant DCS comprising of Supply, assemble, install, connect, program, configure, test and commission of complete Distributed Control System (DCS) including wiring and cabling, project managment, configuration, FAT, SAT and documentation complete with, but not necessarily be limited to the following.

The brief detail of Electrical and Vendor Packages as written below;

•MV & LV Switchgear, 4Nos 11kV Substation including 4Nos 11kV and 2Nos 6.6kV Switchgears, 4Nos, 3MVA, 11kV Generators, 4Nos, 11kV, 20 ohm Neutral Grounding Resistors (NGR), 10Nos 11kV Ring Mains Units, Low Voltage Switchgears and MCC, Capacitor Banks, Harmonic Filters, ONAN Transformers (25Nos)
•MV & LV Power Cables, Control Cables, Earthing system for Substation and whole plant and Lightning Protection System
•Water Boilers (2 Nos, 1000kW each including Ring Mains, Circulating and Make up Pumps, Expansion tank (1m3), Treated Water Tank (1m3) and Diesel Day Tank (1m3)
•Central DCS System for plant automation, Plant Instruments
•Vendor packages Sodium Hypochlorite Dosing System, Equipment: Rotary Drum Thickener, Gravity belt Thickener, Dryer Unit, Centrifuge, Bagging Plant, Blowers, Compressors, Mixer, Aerators, Gas Boosters, Odour Control Units.

Preparation Detail Engineering and Shop Drawings and Execution for Power Distribution System (e.g. Single Line Diagram, Load Schedule, Cable Route Plan etc.), Lighting, Small Power, Earthing and Lightning Protection System
•Installation supervision, Testing & Commissioning for MV & LV Switchgear, 4Nos 11kV Substation including 4Nos 11kV and 2Nos 6.6kV Switchgears, 4Nos, 3MVA, 11kV Generators, 4Nos, 11kV, 20ohm Neutral Grounding Resistors (NGR), 10Nos 11kV Ring Mains Units, Low Voltage Switchgears and MCC, Capacitor Banks, Harmonic Filters, ONAN Transformers (25Nos)

•Preparation Shop Drawings, Installation, Testing & Commissioning for Chlorination System including chlorinators (6) capacity 40kg/hr each, Dosing Control Units, Chlorine Drums (14) capacity 930kg Cl2 each
•Preparation Shop Drawings, Installation Testing & Commissioning for Water Boilers (2 Nos, 1000kW each including Ring Mains, Circulating and Make up Pumps, Expansion tank (1m3), Treated Water Tank (1m3) and Diesel Day Tank (1m3)
•Preparation and Updating Control and Instruments cable list and updating P&ID
•Identification of location of instruments in the plant
•Hard wiring for Control Signals for Motor, compressors, and Package Equipment.
Rectifying defects of Electrical Equipment during operation of Plant

Design and estimation for following systems; MV and LV power distribution system, Indoor & outdoor Lighting Systems, Earthing and Lightning protection system, Impressed and sacrificial cathodic protection system, Fire alarm system, telephone system, paging and public address systems, CCTV System

•Cable Routing and Sizing of Trays for MV Cables
•MV Switchgear, LV Switchgear and LV distribution Boards according to the given specifications and loads
•LV Power cables, trenches and conduits for Pump Station LV loads
•Lightning and Grounding Protection of Pump House building and External Area
•Fire Alarm System for Pump House
•Internal lighting and External lighting fixtures for specified illumination level of the Pump house
•Telephone System and Telephone Cables
•Material Submittals;
•Material submission of Electrical and Mechanical Systems for Approval to Client
•Procurement;
Preparation of Material Take off sheets and Technical Comparisons of following Systems
Lighting Poles, Fixtures, MV Cables, LV cables, Control cables, Telephone cables, LV Panel boards, disconnect switches, receptacles
Project: Shoaiba Steam Power Plant, Stage I, Phase 1

Design review, Installation, and Testing and Commissioning for;
Lighting poles and fixtures (internal and external), LV Power Cables, Low voltage transformers (oil filled and dry type), Fire alarm system complete with Fire Alarm Cables, LV Panel boards, Lightning and grounding systems
Implementation of the designed drawings on the site
KKS Code numbering to the switchgear, LV Distribution Systems (e.g. Transformers, Panel Boards, Circuit Breakers and Power Cables)
•QA/QC;
Coordination with Consultant Engineer for inspection of received electrical material on site and for erection completion of electrical works, to fulfill all internal QC inspection requirement before final QC check with Engineer, to prepare & maintain QC records
