Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for completion of Mechanical system work at the site.
• Material submittal review, and shop drawing review for all Mechanical systems. Attending a technical meeting, and technical support to Senior Engineer for site issues.
• Review RFI/Construction programs/variations claim of a contractor.
• Review the Contractor's installation and T&C method statements.
• Analyzing problems during the construction stage and coming up with designs to solve them.
• Make the contractor complete the project within the schedule.
• Maintain records of the contractor's completed works and review interim and final payments submitted by the contractor.
• Keeping notes on the contractor's site progress and activities that may lead to claims.
• Support the client till handover of the project successfully.
• Responsible for Site inspection and supervision of HVAC, water supply, Drainage, Firefighting system, and LPG system.
• Witness on-site piped system pressure test, air conditioning duct leakage testing, and other testing that may be required during the first fix works and advise the Project Manager accordingly.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Review the Contractor's mechanical services material proposals against specified technical performance and specification requirements and advise the Project Manager on the appropriateness of the proposals.
• Review the Contractor's shop drawings against the design \[tender\] drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to the project manager with appropriate comments/approval.
• Review the Contractor's installation method statements.
• Review of Contractor's proposed mechanical system testing & commissioning methods and schedule.
• Review of RFI, Construction programs, and variations claim of the contractor.
• Attending technical meetings and providing technical support to the contractor to complete the project within the time schedule.
• Review the Contractor's mechanical services material proposals against specified technical performance and specification requirements and advise the Project Manager on the appropriateness of the proposals.
