IRD hereby retains the services and expertise of the Second Party for the IRD Program at IRD Regional Office - Jordan, whereas Second Party undertakes to perform the following services:
• Work closely with Area Managers to understand the position profiles, overall needs and requirements of the coordinators (job description, salary, timing, expectations, location, number of each per community, etc.) of the coordinators;
• Create a master tacker spreadsheet with the relevant recruitment status and vetting requirements;
• Filter coordinators CVs and categorize them per position / community;
• Set up and participate in coordinators interviews;
• Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process;
• Once selected, complete all coordinators hiring documents and vetting packages for approval;
• Once candidates are approved, populate the day labor contract / service agreement contract;
• Make sure SGS is following the coordinator recruiting process;
• Provide regular status updates to the HR and Area Managers as required;
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Function/ Description:
• Answer landline phone calls and address it to the requested persons.
• Arrange meetings and appointments for office staff.
• Assist staff in photocopying and scanning.
• Send and receive faxes.
• Welcomes visitors in person or on the telephone.
• Directs visitors.
• Maintains security and issues visitor badges.
• Maintains telecommunication system.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area.
• Maintains continuity among work teams.
• Contributes to team effort.
• Monitoring visitors/field staff log sheets and keep it safe, when the log sheets must be shared with direct supervisor and HR on the end of each month.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Provide customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers and strives to continuously improve service delivery over the phone according to company policies
Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller
Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
Provide personalized customer service of the highest level with a pleasant and friendly manner
Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays or other unexpected demands
Makes decisions within monetary grant of authority to resolve customers’ issues and complaints
Ensure that all individual targets and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) are consistently met or exceeded, and understanding the relevance and impact of those factors on the team’s overall performance
Maintain proper behavior, discipline, and punctuality
Ensure that all confidential information pertaining to company or individual customer coming into ones possession, is not disclosed or revealed to unauthorized person or agency
