Ensure the close coordination with donor agencies, DOH, UN-Agencies & INGOs while Conduct Need based Assessment/Survey of HFs, Identification of gaps analysis of MNCH & RH services at the DHQH/ THQH level. Rapid response of Epidemic and seasonal outbreaks, generate of Epidemiological reports and disease pattern & distribution then sharing with stakeholders, Gap analysis of Public and Nursing Schools, development of MNCH packages for THQ/DHQ & RHCs level HFs. Support initiate the performance based incentives of HCPs and TNA for capacity building. Support procurement and supply of identified equipment required at DHQH/ THQH. Support the preparation of the Health Facility Assessment report and sharing with provincial and district stakeholders. Establishment of referral desks, revitalization/establishment of DHMTs, support monthly supervisory visits to health facilities with close coordination of DOH for Health delivery performance purpose.
To technical assess and gap analysis of MNCH & Health promotion program through integrated approach, Integrate vertical programs WASH, Education, MNCH, Nutrition, EPI, and RH services, Epidemiological evaluation and trend analysis of the diseases pattern & distribution, & RH issues, conduction of Impact assessments/surveys/rapid & need assessments of HFs, managed the outbreaks, produced the qualitative & quantitative reports, coordination & support the INGOs & UN-Agencies for integration interventions in the field. Integrate the MNCH program with NP&FP, Population Welfare, EPI, Nutrition, Malaria, HIVAids, LHWs program and other INGOs and UN-Agencies as well as public & private tertiary level Hospitals with the close coordination of MOH & Population Welfare department. Close coordination with internal & external and donor agencies, found raising for sustainability of programs. Ensure the availability of RH services at HFs level.
To support the ARC emergency response activities particularly diseases outbreaks, Hygiene & health Promotion, disease trend analysis and distribution of disease in the flood affected population of Balochistan & Sindh Provinces, close coordination and communication with stakeholders at each level and fund raising for integration of project. Capacity Building of activities, Monitoring & Evaluation, Report writing, Disseminated of Reports.

To carried out the Oxfam GB public health hygiene promotion response, lead to rapid response team, responded the diarrhoeal disease outbreaks
To support Oxfam GB public health hygiene promotion activities, lead to rapid response team, responded the diarrhoeal and other sessional disease outbreaks in EQ effected population.
