Main Responsibilities
• As part of the Investments and Fund Transfer (FTS) project team of GPSSA, a UAE Federal Government Entity, to initiate the pension and retirement benefits for the UAE nationals in accordance with the provisions of federal laws regarding pensions & social security.
• Interpreting data, analyzing results using BI tools and providing insightful reports that drive Business & Operations
• Payment summary report analysis & confirmations to all government sectors. Key Achievements
• As part of the Payments (FTS) project, initiated the collection of the entire nation’s corporate demographic data for UAE nationals from all entities (private, government, federal) excluding Abu Dhabi. This database served as the corner stone for strategy formulation.
• Successfully on-boarded the entire targeted number of Employers to the UAEFTS program (as per Central Bank regulation)
• As the face of the FTS team for GPSSA, developed an elaborate organizational literature, elucidating the UAEFTS payment structure to customers and other departments of the Federal Entity.
• Increased data gathering by 42% by implementing different strategies in collaboration with Emirates ID & Ministry of Labor
• Conducted in-house trainings for customers from various sectors
• Data cleansing & Report Analysis using BI software was done with a clean error free track record on a monthly basis
• As a vital cog in the payments team, received awards as part of the UAE Government’s happiness initiative and have been entrusted with new responsibilities in the upcoming DDS project

•As the Broadcast Estimation Engineer, of Tek Signals, a leading MNC providing turnkey solutions in the Broadcasting and Telecommunications Industry, was responsible for Cost Analysis and Estimation, Contracts& Vendor Evaluation, Tender & Bid Analysis

•Penny-wise(Revenue):As part of Pre-sales, assisted Relationship Managers and Business Development teams in bagging new projects leveraging intuitive cost estimation skills.
•Hitting the Ground Running: Successfully undertook multi-discipline conceptual, detailed and definitive cost estimates for Company Capital Projects and analysed estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with the defined scope of work.
•Project Management: Took over project management and contracting personnel through improved bid analysis procedures and contract negotiations and attending professional and technical meetings.
•Improved Decision Making: Gained reputation as the Firm’s Documentation Specialist, with record number of RFQs
prepared in the year, for suppliers and vendors. Was subsequently put in charge of Vendor Evaluation and assisting in make and buy estimate decision process.

Main Responsibilities
•Worked as a Trainee Engineer on the Borouge-3 project for Honeywell Middle East
• Conducted automation and process control related activities using the Honeywell Experion Process Knowledge System(EPKS) for Distributed Control and Emergency Shutdown activities of a polymer production plant
• Gained hands on experience with the EPKS software tools like the Configuration Tools and Safety Builder
• Utilized Honeywell proprietary hardware by working on several Factory Acceptance Test activities with clients from Technimont and Borouge.
•Received in-depth training on the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) which is a daily practice of Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodologies. The HOS related training involved observation and reporting of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Inventory for exceptional performance in these parameters of an integrated business unit.
• Implemented new Kaizen(continuous improvement techniques)in coordination with other employees at Honeywell Middle East that helped build a safer and more productive work environment.
Worked on calibration and trouble shooting of electrical equipments such as multimeters, voltmeters, dead weight testers. I was also responsible for the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) development and awareness at the office. Studied electrical standards for production, transmission and distribution followed in the United Arab Emirates.
