• Motivate the sales team, focused mostly on managing schedules/sales plans and the distribution of any sales documentation.
• Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client.
• Efficiently respond to any counter customer/online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
• Assist customer in selection of product according to his/her need.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Coordinate with Production/Import/Warehouse/Logistics and Finance department as and when required and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
• Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
• Specification of brand either by name or standard through the consultants in projects.
• To carry out BTL activities to promote brand.
• Compile result assessment reports on daily/weekly/quarterly/yearly basis.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Provide pre sales, during sales and after sales services to the customers.
• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities
• Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
• Present the organization in gatherings, through Power Point Presentation.
• To establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
• Responsible for specification/sales in Projects/Industries and Key accounts of Southern Region of Pakistan (Sindh and Baluchistan provinces)
• Visit the clients and offer the products match their requirements.
• Close the sales from architect, consultant, client, contractor, sub-contractors and dealers’ end.
• Participation and documentation in tenders in large volume business.
• Coordinate with factory for the production & delivery of goods.
• Forecasting the Budget on yearly/quarterly/monthly basis.
• Presentation of Products (Technical and commercial) at gatherings.
• Compile sales tracker on regular basis.
• Monitor/Management of the deliveries of goods from Distributor and dealers’ end.
• Monitoring of Ageing on daily/weekly and monthly basis.
• Visit the market with sales members to monitor the performance and coverage.
