Solely responsible for handling all computer terminals on domain, Adding users to Domain, Creating new user and delete users and take backup of the users data.
Maintaining of MS Outlook .Create new users, take backup of MS Outlook .Import and Export .PST and Create .Ost, Adding .Pst to the users account.
Taken regular back-up of daily works, output of all staff’s data
Handled internet related issues such as internet not working, IP conflict, Slow internet use proxy and assign and block which website users will access.
Fixed computers, printers, scanners issues and sorted out the same
Preparing and maintenance of the proper records of hardware & software requirements, use etc.
