Responsibilities:

• Assisted in training all cashiers in all front-end policies and procedures, including training of new cashiers and cross training of other associates.
• Assisted in communicating all information to cashiers regarding special promotions and sale items.
• Expedited front lines, directed flow of customers, and ensured that each customer received outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment, which included greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.

• Planned future capacity requirements and kept current stock control systems up to date.
• Managed control of 20, 000-32, 000 labels daily, oversaw damages in locations,
and removed damaged goods from inventory using RF technology.
• Supervised 600 let downs per day, and ensured productivity target goals were met
within assigned regional stores (48-50) on daily basis.
