Managing day to day operation of Warehouse and Distribution Centre of CI Pipes.
← Supervise and coordinate Handling procedure of Raw and Finished products in the Warehouse.
← Since Consumable products are very critical, so ensuring its order levels are maintained accurately.
← Maintaining the proper ordering of the required materials well in time in order to ensure that work does not suffer due to Non availability of the materials.
← Stock control of major Raw Materials to prevent idle situation of production.
← Ensuring that incoming consignments are accompanied with complete documents.
← Ensuring that the consignments are of high quality and it has been taken care while transporting to us.
← Ensuring that the incoming consignments do not remain in the receiving area for more than 15mts, should reach to the staking point.
← Ensuring that Finished products are carefully stacked and always kept ready for dispatch.
• Managed day-to-day warehouse operations, including Picking, Packing,
Quality Control, Stock keeping, and Inbound/Outbound Departments,
• Co-ordinate within the territory with showroom managers, store supervisors and IT department for stock movements.
• Strengthened staff morale through improved employee relations,
team building and open communications.
• Supervise and coordinate all activities Provide planning, direction and control of all available resources for insuring timely, damage-free, safe loading / unloading of freight on assigned shifts. Recommend or carry out personnel actions including hiring, disciplining, or discharging of employees.
• Co-ordination within the warehouse with concept warehouse supervisors and managers, and with the Jabal Ali team for incoming shipment/consignments.
• Ensuring that incoming consignments are accompanied with complete documents.
• Ensuring that the bar-coding is done in time after receiving the consignment.
• Ensuring the First Issue do not remain in the warehouse for more than a week, should reach to the showrooms for Display.
• Responsible for all daily operation for managing a successful distribution center
• Planning of daily distribution of Auto Request Notes of showrooms and further requisitions on priority basis and ensure the receipt of acknowledgement copies of the delivery notes.

• Preparing required documents for materials issuance/receipt and hand it over to the documentation clerk for data entry in the computerised inventory system
• Preparing budgets for the stock levels in liaison with the storekeeper and comparing such budgets with the actual.
• Keeping adequate control on the management of expired products.
