• Study and understands Operations departments training needs and provide suitable recommendations for training.
• Identifies training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, and regular consultation with lead trainers, concerned sections, and Human Resources Department.
• Evaluates the methodology used in training programs, quality of training, course materials used, trainers performances and any other factors and make suitable recommendations to improve the training.
• Measures the effectiveness of training, the impacts on the job created and assess the real value addition made through training programs.
• Reviews and measure the effectiveness of training programs and advice departments and section heads where training is required thus adding value to the training function.
