To Liase with the MARCOM division inorder to design, deliver and despatch correct marketing collateral according to the promtional and markeitng needs of the retail stores.
Maintain record of the collaterals despatch, quantity, costing details
Manage with the agency timely completition of the communication material, proof read, write copy for newsletters, brochures, update in-store merchandise, design loyalty programs for the retail store.
Validate the marketing spent vs sales per promotion
Co-ordinate with the Marcom team on promotion drives based on new product launches and campaign drives.
Ensure the same look and feel of the store across all circles.
Ensure that only updated communication material are present in the stores.

store profitability analysis
stock turnover
One point contact for all operational and marketing information regarding retail stores for the operational team at the Headquarters.
maintaining right head count of staff and ensuring their training
escalation of issues at the stores to the designated department
I've done a project on measuring Marketing productivity for a garment retail store
I had graduated with distinction and first class . I was the Fashion department secretary and had also secured a campus placement to add to my achievement.
