Responsibilities:
 Preparing the entire range of applicable HSE documents for the Contract as per the contractual requirements and updating them from time to time by including the latest relevant information & data / specification.
 Participating in the HSE programmes such as HSE inspection, audits etc. along with the Management Team and recommend corrective actions / follow-up.
 Organising HSE training programmes, and other HSE promotional activities with the participation of Sub Contractor’s representatives and Alghanim employees.
 Giving proper guidance to the site work force and ensure all the HSE activities are carried out as per HSE plan.
 Ensure that RISK & HAZARD control registers are updated & available for supervisors for ready reference to conduct toolbox talk.
 Conduct all site specific Risk Assessment & lifting plans, Job Safety Analysis etc
 Ensure the presence and use of Company approved HSE equipment. That shall include, but not be exclusive to H2S PPE, general PPE, gas tester, communication modes etc.
 Ensure all staff are fully conversant with the equipment they are working on at all work sites and are aware of proximity Hazards.
 Ensure that the work force is familiar with: The work to be carried out and HSE requirements and procedures related to the activity.
 Ensure the utilization of personnel who are trained to PTW system. The PTW system is implemented in all work areas.
