TEAM LEADER -Customer Service - Interem-(International REMOVALS OF Frieghtsystems), India (August 2011 to till now)
.• Researching potential prospects using the internet, CRM and databases, prepare report for the sales team targeting the potential market our prime business.
• Analysing opportunities for prospective clients by sector, geographical area and type, providing the team with leads/opportunities.
• Make outbound telephone calls to prospective clients/Office Admin Team/Procurement officials of the organization and take appointment for meetings.
• Directing enquiries, taking messages, forwarding information to relevant parties and scheduling prospect meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
• Assisting sales team members in managing outstanding quotes and closing these before expiry.
• Updating the CRM data base with prospecting information .
• Attending exhibitions and events if required with the sales head.
• Handling of International Relocations (Diplomatic & Non diplomatic ) both Sea and Air movements from India to different parts of the world and vise-e versa, Co-coordinating with customers /agents abroad with regards with the relocation of household goods.( Clients includes Ministry of external affairs of India, German Embassy, Cortian Embassy, google etc..)
• Handling of Domestic Relocation movements within India, includes coordination with pan India operations, planning logistics as per contracts with the companies, execution of the movement.
• Handling of office effects movement within the cities and pan India movements including coordinating complete office shifting, movement of Servers and other office effects clients includes Google, Uninor, Du-pont, American express.
• Looking after the team of 7+2 people in Delhi, Bangalore and Pune..Providing solutions of their day to day query. Taking care of their performance by tracking and monitoring their routine work.
• Conducting training and induction programs for the new joinees. Help them to understand the process flow in the work and assist them with the official software required in day to day working.
• Preparing invoices for the jobs handled and keeping tracks on the pending payments for self and the whole team.
• Developing new business opportunity by interacting with new clients and exploring new business from old and existing clients.
• Maintain warehouse files and documents and copying the data to remote server.
• Maintain the stock at site report and update the same periodically and share the same with the concerns.
• Providing orders to the Purchase of materials like Cartons/Bubble wrap/Tapes/label/stickers.
• Coordinate with the cleaning section and make sure the warehouse area if clean and tidy.
• Preparing delivery note on the release of the shipment and preserve the receipt for the future use.
• Maintain the inward and outward Challan/GNR/Gate pass/Receipts and enter the details in the in house ERP software along with the hard copy in the box file.
Completed my MBA in HR with first Division, Done Project work in industrial behaviour.
