Reporting to the School Principal.
Act as the head of school ICT team and guiding them to ensure maximum availability of computer systems throughout the School.
Provide day-to-day supervision, Manage and delegate work assignments to team members which includes the installation and troubleshooting of hardware, networking and the security systems.
Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services for around 500 staffs and 6000 students.
Organizing the IT workload and manage the resource productively.
Data center administration including managing domain controller Active Directory and Exchange Server administration.
Execute software up gradation and ensure all the system are installed with legal software.
IT Asset Life Cycle Management.
Prepare and maintain IT budget of around 1.5 Million Dirhams annually.
Dealing and negotiating with vendor for the purchases.
Responsible for the ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware and Software.
Imparting training for changing technologies to the staffs.
Administration of GEMS ERP system which includes Finance, HR, Medical, IT and Admin modules.
Reporting to University IT director
Includes designing, configuring installing a Windows based Network of more than 500 nodes.
Administration of Microsoft products
ADS Installation and Configuration
Group policy implementation
Installing and configuring DNS, DHCP and other related services
Perform Backup and Restore
Perform Network monitoring.
Perform Training
Troubleshooting Printer, Scanner, and projectors etc.
Installing and configuration of ESET Nod 32 Antivirus, TrendMicro
Installing and configuration of Smart board systems
Installing and configuration of Biometric Attendance system and CCTV.
