NFPS EPCOL EPC-Offshore Project construction and installation work scope (CAT1 Mega Project with estimated CAPEX budget of >$2bn) Scope of work includes Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Installation, Hook-up, Commissioning and startup assistance. Project comprises of 4nos Wellhead Platform (WHP) Topsides, 8nos Riser Platforms (RP) with Topsides and Jackets 32 CS dry, sour gas export pipeline, beach valve and pig receiving facilities, and tie-in to the existing QGS slug catcher. Installation of 103km, 38 CS wet, sour gas export pipeline, beach valve and pig receiving facilities, and tie-in to the existing QGS slug catcher. Installation of 81km, 32 CS dry, sour gas export pipeline, beach valve and pig receiving facilities, and tie-in to the existing QGN slug catcher Pig launching facilities and piping tie-ins on QGN offshore North Field Bravo complex.

Working with PM to develop and maintain the SOW/change order templates for various packages, and support the development of service agreements and SOWs & RFQ as needed.

Follow up on proposals, reviews, and negotiations for the timely execution of contracts and purchase orders.

Overseeing Installation & Commissioning as well as conducting tests / Inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of equipment’s and packages.

Coordination with engineering to clear site queries and provide site engineering support to construction / hook up teams.

Ensure that activities are carried out in line with the Project approved schedule.

Review Construction Strategies and Plans and introduce changes as and when necessary to meet project goals and objectives.Preparation of Documents like execution plan, Load out plans, Material Flow chart, isolation & shutdown philosophy and Barge deck layouts.

Make sure that the Construction Team is fully involved during Installation and Construction phases to have a smooth transition to Commissioning, making sure all punch list items are promptly cleared/ closed out.

Preparation of Fabrication and Erection Project Material list for Hook up campaign and its preservation. Co-ordination with warehouse, logistics and marine for required project material at site and Monitoring for offshore load out.

EPC project Spent Caustic Treatment Plant at Takreer (UMM AL NAAR) Abu Dhabi Refinery UAE.

Responsible for all aspects related to fabrication and hook-up phases of the project including coordination with engineering, procurement, quality control, & project management Team

Responsible for developing fabrication sequences, ensuring the fabrication is directed towards achieving completion milestones & meeting the schedule within productivity limits.

Responsible for identifying scope of work, resolving technical clarifications, coordination with Project Manager & Construction Manager

Primary contact point between client and contractor on all fabrication related matters. Develop fabrication schedule identifying deliverable requirements, ensures project fabrication plan meets project requirements.

Coordinate with pre-commissioning and commissioning disciplines. Responsibility includes ensuring that the fabrication work is performed in accordance with project contractual and specification requirements.

Responsible for the overall project, inter-discipline coordination between members of the Operations support group throughout detailed design, fabrication and hook-up phases of various EPIC projects.

Overseeing and ensure adherence to the governing specifications and contractual (technical) requirements.

Duties include supervision of multi discipline engineers, while reporting to Project Manager.

Project Executed 15MMTPA Lump Sum Turn Key (LSTK) at Paradip IOCL Refinery, Orissa core process units of the refinery, including the Atmospheric Vacuum Unit (AVU), Straight Run LPG Treating Unit, Naphtha Hydro Treating (NHT), Naphtha Fractionators Unit (NFU), Continuous Catalytic Reforming (CCR) Unit, Sour Water Stripper (SWS) Unit and Amine Regeneration Unit (ARU)

Co-generation power plant with 325 MW of power capacity and 900 tons per hour (TPH) of steam capacity for M/s Essar Oil Refinery Vadinar Jamnagar.

Project executed 2 X 600 MW thermal power plants supplied by HPE china For M/s Essar power Gujarat ltd, Salaya, Jamnagar.

Responsibilities included resolution of all on-site engineering problems related to Equipment Installation, preparation and finalization of fabrication sequences, Piping make up drawings preparation and review, developing and reviewing fabrication procedures for columns vessel & heat exchangers, hydrotesting etc.monitoring progress in comparison with the schedule, material issues and control, coordination with QC on all quality related problems.

Installation of India’s First 660 MW thermal power plants at NTPC SIPAT Bilaspur Chatisgarh supplied by Doosan Heavy industries with its Associated HP & LP piping works

Primary contact point between client and contractor on all Erection & commissioning related matters on site. Develop Installation schedule identifying deliverable requirements, ensures project construction plan meets project requirements.

Coordinate with pre-commissioning and commissioning disciplines. Responsibility includes ensuring that the installationn work is performed in accordance with project specification requirements.

Installation & Commissioning of Various types of Boilers & ESP for Refineries, Power plants, Steel Plants & Sugar Plant.

Project: Installation of a 77mw combined cycle gas-based power plant, heat recovery and steam generator, steam turbine, utility (air, nitrogen, desalination and
demineralized water plants etc).

- Follow-up and supervise installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of heavy equipment to ensure operational effectiveness of plant and utilities
- Review engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, prepare cost estimates for erection and commissioning of plant; review and approve contractor's change order proposals.
