As SHSE Specialist (Qatar Gas Approved) with Tecnicas Reunidas in North Field Expansion project of Raslaffan Industrial City. Our Company is L1 Contractor of EPC - 3 & EPC - 4 of the NFE Project of Qatar Energy/Qatar Gas as its subsidiary. Our scope is to maintain & develop the SHES procedure for for this project. The Scope of the project include new expansion of the Qatar Gas north refinery which include Greenfield as well as Brownfield construction project. The North Field Expansion (NFE) development plan includes six mega liquefied natural gas (LNG) trains which is going to ramp up Qatar's liquefaction capacity from 77 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) to 126 mtpa, which is approximately 64% production increase by 2027.
As a specialist we need to develop and implement the the SHES plan and procedure and positive implementation at site meeting all the client requirements. Also look after our sub-contractor work scope and train and coach their SHES people to improve based on the requirements. We have several major scope of work on going at site for example installation of Temporary Site Facility - Office & Camp Construction, Supporting FEED for geotechnical activities, drilling, bore holes, soil test, PMT, TMT, Earth work for few areas, fencing for Greenfield, and survey work for brown filed. We are moving from FEED to main construction activities related to piping, tank construction, pipeline corridor, loading berth construction etc. We have lots of major scope in this project divided to our sub-contractors. As a specialist we need to support them for preparing method statement, JSA, Filed audit, Lifting

JGSK Project (JGC, GS E&C, SK E&C), Clean fuel project is one of the
largest project in Kuwait to combine the 3-major refinery with installation
of sulphur extraction plant and increase the production capacity with the
current world market demand of 80, 000 PBD by 2020. JGSK is looking
after all the HSE Activities of MAA - Mina Al - Ahmadi refinery expansion
of this EPCC Project.
•As JGC employee we had to look after the work from the beginning to
end phase of construction & commission activities of the project as HSE
team lead. Under my leadership there were total 8 HSE supervisors were
looking after the various location & as of the project.
• My main responsibilities and duties were to prepare all the HSE
activities as per the SOP’s and Common HSE Plan for the project.
•Looking after daily audit, monthly audit and maintaining the HSEMS for
SIMOPS, Heavy Lifting, Work At Height, etc., Checking the supervisors
report writing, clearing all HSE Issue of day today activities of the site
based on technical problem solving skills and the HSE Plan.
•Coordinating with all the department from Civil, Mechanical and
Electrical for clearance of work with all the SOP’s. For example punch
point closing activities of the upcoming units, HSE issues and their
technical solutions.

•Preparing lifting plans for Heavy lifting, Construction of Sub-Stations,
Installations of panels, Earth work, HSE Trainings, project specific HSE
trainings, etc. Preparing emergency evacuation plan and emergency
response team

Buildings - Residential Complex of 45 stores’ one of the tallest residential

Installation of the ECOVAR PLANT
This project was for the construction of on — site gas supply solution. It is
a small plant construction to produce on-site Oxygen, Hydrogen &
Nitrogen Gas.
