1. As an area Sales Representative i have to work closely with all the existing accounts and look after servicing them also to get the new business.
2. To get the new business have to do door to door sales by following grid pattern.
3. To create contract of the sales with all the minute details of the roof and other factors of the site.
4. To provide accurate information regarding the market and competitor to the management.
1. Conducting door to door sales.
2. Explaining customers the offer and key benefits of the product. Providing details of the contract and signing up the customer.
3. Following the compliance of the organisation while conducting the sales.
4. Maintaining the data and reporting through sales rabbit.
5. Gathering the knowledge of the area such as new developments of the homes and new areas from wherein sales could be nurtured.
1. Getting information from online portals and other brokers network.
2. Setting the terms with the seller for the brokerage.
3. Listing the property for the prospects and following up with site visits.
4. Maintaining data in salesforce and showcasing daily reports to Management.
5. Follow ups with prospectives and closing the deal.
1. Sourcing clients for leasing and sales.
2. Keeping track of the leasing tracker and maintaining documentation compliance required for leasing.
3. Creating pool of Channel Partner as an extended team
4. To create appointments with corporate in nearby cluster for corporate leasing.
5. Prospecting the current pool of tenants to generate sales enquires and also generates business through referral programs.
6. Focus on revenue generation by leasing out bigger typology.
1. Help the clients from retail & wealth bank branches; identify appropriate property and closing the deal.
2. Researching and keeping updates regarding new projects and inventory availability with developers.
3. Making tie ups with developers as a channel partner and sourcing clients for the project through online and offline medium.
4. Providing project specific to activate online promotions of the projects to increase lead generation and sales.
1. To act as a HO SPOC for all Sales & Store operations activities
2. Create Lead trackers and follow-up.
3. To do cold calling on the leads which are created from BTL Activities or online channel
3. Assist Store Manager, Department Manager in preparing action plan to achieve store targets.
4. Conducting weekly EMT for developing staff and aligning them towards organizational goals.

2. Daily Status Reporting and Operations Status Reporting over conference calls
3. Process documentation and workflow preparation
4. To keep an eye on the process and discuss the automation required to reduce time and errors.
