o INR 500 Cr. (US$ 85 Mn.) Multi-level Car Park
o Underground Services and Utilities as well as CPU Building
o Clearances from various departments and authorities - both internal and external, as well as concessioners
Acted as In-charge of Programme & Contract Management and Controls and regulated:
o Schedule Management, Budget Preparation and Analysis, Contracts Management, Evaluation of Bid Packages, Cost-time Analysis, Billing Systems, Setting-up Procedures, SAP Implementation, and so on
