• Coordinating for Sales activities with Sales Engineers
• Responsibility to execute and monitor all projects for Security
systems & Building automation system.
• Evaluating Technical submittals.
• Undertake site surveys or evaluations of systems and sites as
required produce necessary reports.
• Leading technical team for execution of project.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Be a part of Engineers team, providing suitable solutions to
Engineering & contract team.
• Training the operator for the above system.
• Looking after the server of CCTV, Access control, BMS
systems.
• Monitoring the Backups for CCTV, Access Control, BMS
systems.
• Monitoring the quality works done by the vendor.
• Technical specification to the vendors to maintain the
standard of work.
• Maintenance team leader for the above system.
• Coordinating with the Design Team for the Preparation of the
Technical Submittal in compliance with the Project
Specification
• Coordinating with the project consultants for the System
Approval.
• Coordinating with the design Team to deliver the required
shop and riser Drawings for the projects
• Managing the Execution team for the Installation, Testing,
Programming and commissioning of the system and deliver
the project with fullest satisfaction to the client.
• Complete Management of the site by coordinating with the site
engineers in regards to various site activities.
• Developing the complete scheme for the installation of
infrastructure network backbone for the data transfer of the
Building Management system meeting the project
specification.
• Investigates maintenance problems reported by end-users.
Analyzes problems, prepares reports
and cost estimates and recommends solution.
• Managing the preventative maintenance program
• Coordinating for Sales activities with Sales Engineers.
• Coordinating with the Design Team to deliver the Project
documentation.
• Coordinating with the site engineers for the Installation,
Programming & Commissioning of the Building Automation
system.
• Coordinating with the site engineers for the Design,
Installation, Programming & Commissioning of Lighting
control and Dimming System.
• Complete site co-ordination in regards to Conduiting and
Cabling.
• Managing the Execution team for the completion and Hand
over of the System.
• Investigates maintenance problems reported by users.
Analyzes problems, prepares reports and cost estimates and
recommends solution.
• Maintains records and writes reports about program status.
• Supports technical trouble shooting.
• Managing the preventative maintenance program for all Low
Voltage Systems.
• Effectively implementing good engineering practices including
quality, environment, health and safety when supervising the
technical staff.
• Reports to the Division Manager/Operation Manager.
• Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all
facilities management and operational activities.
• Responsible for department cost control and service
standards.
• Coordinate all schedules, inspections and preventative
maintenance of all systems.
• Regularly communicate with guests in a professional manner
to understand their changing needs.
• Regularly and effectively communicate with all departments.
• Manage Hotel energy management / conservation program.
• Maintain accurate and effective files and being familiar with all
operational manuals, service agreements and equipment
warranties.
• Responsible for leading a team of Technicians for all Facility
Management Activities
• Responsible for leading a team of Technicians in controlling
and implementing operations
• Attend and oversee of Siemens BMS, Dimming Controls,
CCTV, Access Control, Public Address System electrical,
mechanical and maintenance works.
• Coordinating for Sales activities with Sales Engineers.
• Coordinating with the Design Team for the Preparation of the
Technical Submittal in compliance with the Project Specification.
• Involved in the Design, Installation Testing and commissioning.
• Complete site co-ordination in regards to Containment's.
