-Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)

-Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

-Monitor performance and ensure system availability

-Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning

-Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues

-Implement and maintain virtual Infrastructure using VMware (ESXi) and Microsoft ( Hyper-V) products.

-Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures.

-Maintain the cisco telephone system and configuration and all PSTN lines.

-Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure

-Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

- Serves as primary contact for all contracted companies servicing informational systems.

- Maintain a sufficient inventory of all office & computers supplies.

- Understand all the department working procedures and perform the related tasks as described.

- Performs the department financial budget for monthly IT purchases.

- Maintain all users access requests and authorizations (Windows, Internet, etc...)

- Respond to all users requests and provide them with adequate support.

- Perform coordination and related tasks of IT projects as assigned.

- Managing, setting up, & administering active directory objects and users existing ID’s, accounts, data, networks, ..

- Troubleshoot running client server applications.

- Maintaining data backup and assures security policies implementation.
