IT Support Coordinator
-Monitors the operation and security of all computer's hardware, ensures it is operating
properly.
-Serves as primary contact for all contracted companies servicing informational systems.

- Maintain all hardware and software logs updated as per departmental working procedures.

- Maintain the documentation of all hardware/system's configuration and inventory.

- Maintain the documentation of the telephone system and configuration and all MPT lines.

- Understand all the department working procedures and perform the related tasks as described.

- Performs the department financial budget for monthly IT purchases.

- Supports and maintains all aspects of the company's system information system, hardware, & applications in accordance with the company standards.

- Maintain all users access requests and authorizations (Windows, E-mail, Internet, etc )

- Respond to all users requests and provide them with adequate support.

- Perform coordination and related tasks of IT projects as assigned.

- Local network administration (LAN / WAN / VPN tunnel site to site + Internet link & remote connectivity)

- Managing, setting up, & administering active directory objects and users existing ID's,
accounts, data, networks, ..

- Troubleshoot running client server applications.

- Maintaining data backup and assures security policies implementation.
