I was responsible for Software and Mobile app development line of business. I have managed projects from project inception stage till the project delivery. With deep understanding of customer behavior in the region, I was able to influence customers to accept the offered solution. I was building technical partnerships and managing vendors to deliver the local projects as solution aggregator. We have delivered projects, web portals and mobile apps.
We have delivered Governmental projects for public security, General directorate of assorts and to many other prestigious clients with large contact center implementations at King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Al Tayyar Travel group etc.
The award winning mobile app developed for Jawazat (GDP) has more than half million users in both Play store and Apple Store.

Worked as Development lead and was mentoring and managing a highly qualified team. Was responsible for the largest Data warehouse of Microsoft Tax applications and looking after the application enhancements. Was responsible for adopting processes and improving the delivery life cycle.

Was member of Capgemini Architects community and represented TXU Retail (Capgemini, Bangalore) at Senior Architects Summit in Microsoft office Redmond W.A. in Feb 2006.
A short but very much close to heart job. Started in a very critical project of Pfizer, Mumbai, India for a Custom solution development group of ITC Infotech. The project was victim of mass attrition, and the project was running over schedule, and the client was unhappy etc. Managed to take the lead developer position and handled the project, worked closely with clients and improved the client feedback for the company. Personally travelled onsite to deploy and install the software and delivered and provided warranty. Great learning!
Worked for ANB bank project to develop a custom software to manage IPO. Used Rational Rose 2000 or UML and Entity diagrams to communicate with the client technical team. Developed the software using VB.Net, Oracle database using ODP drivers.
Was first person to get hired by new startup company and was responsible for building a team. Was handling business independently from pre sales, project requirement collection, design, and development to after sales support. Delivered first ecommerce website for AlSaif Gallery to sell the items online using Bank transfer and UK based payment gateway.
As primarily responsible to manage the news portal as webmaster and helping editorial team with their day to day operations. Developed ecommerce website to sell exclusive artwork online.
Developed many commercial websites using Photoshop, PERL, CGI, ASP, and HTML. We developed matrimonial websites, B2B website for recruitment consultant in US, greetings card website and many other classified websites commercially.
