1 Supervise the work of the Office development and improvement and ensure that the functions of the Office have been set work as required.
2 Senior management involvement in the development of policies and objectives for quality and development.
3 Participation of senior management in establishing and disseminating a culture of quality.
4 Preparation of audit plans of the quality system at the center.
5 Coordination between the departments of the Centre and the Bureau to ensure that the tasks of the office.
6 Ensure that it has been the establishment of processes for quality management systems, application and maintenance.
7 Represent the Centre with the external systems with regard to quality.
8 Ensure awareness and training staff of the center and the foundations of the principles and tools for improvement and meet the requirements of the customer.
9 Follow-up action and periodic studies of the outcome of the application to place quality systems and lack of matches in the raw materials and products and services for development and continuous improvement of performance status.
10 Supervising the work of the official documents and document control and records center.
11 Follow-up continued modernization of the documentation of quality systems and documentation center of the external origin such as standards and code and technical references.
12 Preparation of evaluation plans and internal audits in coordination.
13 Monitoring the performance of the work of auditors and the corrective actions necessary to increase their experience and qualification.
14 Training of auditors and the internal evaluator.
15 Follow-up and registration: evaluation of the results of internal audits and the center.
16 Reporting to the Director-General of the Centre on the performance of quality management systems, and any need for improvement.
