Present Duties
• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for
Maintenance of Generators, UPS, Electronic Security Systems, Fire Alarm and Electrical sections.
• Establish schedules and methods for providing Client maintenance services, identify resource needs, review needs with appropriate management staff, and allocate resources accordingly.
• Update the monthly online calendar for maintenance schedules
• Preparing Risk assessment and method statement for scheduled works
• Identify and report technical issues with critical systems
• Attend service calls from all regions of the UAE within the agreed deadline
• Complete Service Work Record sheets ensuring detailed descriptions are noted
• Communicate to the business immediately feedback for equipment failures
• Carry out Technical Surveys for critical equipments
• Speaking to suppliers using email and telephone to obtain quotations
• Preparation of quotations for customers
• Attend customer monthly contract meetings representing EMC when required
• Coordinate with contractors in providing contract services
• To ensure we receive proper assistance from the outsourced company. Check daily operations checklist, random site checking, evaluate weekly reading and reports for the smooth running of the operations
• Discuss and assist outsourced company in resolution of breakdown equipment in order to minimize resolution time
• Carry out inspection of before and after business partners move in
• Visit & evaluate premises prior to business partners move in to provide their requirements and after to check and estimate the cost of the maintenance
I am currently working as a Service Engineer for EMC. My duties are varied, and I have gained valuable knowledge working on many projects, such as Technical Surveys, Critical Equipment Servicing, Installation and commissioning of UPS, CCU, Leak Detection Systems and Generators.
I have increased my knowledge and understating in UPS Systems, Generators, CCU, FCUs AHU
and Chillers. Also, Emergency Lighting, BMS and Fire Alarm Systems.
I understand the importance of Environmental Health and Safety, and am constantly working at improving my knowledge in this area.
My background is in IT and Electronics, which has been beneficial when working in server rooms and data centers.
Present involved running project is the installation and commissioning of new UPS in various branches of HSBC Bank, UAE. Handling leading Brands are Emerson, AEG, GE and APC
Notable projects carried out at EMC
Emirates NBD Bank Dubai portfolio.
The requirement was to visit each branch in Dubai recording all Critical Equipment. Creating a floor plan for each area making sure to include all furniture, and staffing. All external areas and ATMs
The purpose of the survey was to give Emirates NBD a full understanding of the condition of each
branch and what requirements there were for upgrading.
Dubai Marina Mall Abu Dhabi.
Carried out an in-depth inspection of the Critical Equipment for Dubai Marina Mall. This involved
inspecting the condition of each item of critical equipment, recommending the improvements required.
The report was completed on a Designed format and include pictorial evidence to back up the report.

Worked as a Technical Support Assistant for the maintenance of UPS, Access Control, CCTV, CCU for IT Data Centers and Generators
My Main Duties were to visit client locations to carry out preventive maintenance as per the schedule. This included Monthly, Bimonthly, Quarterly servicing.
The purpose was to check all parameters of supplied systems then prepare the report documenting the present status of the equipment. If the systems are showing any working issues, or failures, this would be reported back to ensure a technical expert attends to rectify the issue within the agreed timeframe.
Duties included:-
• Carry out Permission procedures for client premises
• Risk assessments documentation for different equipment
• Method Statement for the scheduled work
• Completion of report

3. AL-MOAYYED INTERNATIONAL GROUP, KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN. ( 2005 TO 2006)
Worked as a Technician of Fire alarm, CCTV, Access Control Systems etc. in Al Moayyed
Trading and Contracting, which is a division of Al Moayyed International Group, Bahrain.
Involved Projects: Bahrain Financial Harbor, a prestigious project in Bahrain Government and famous star hotel RITZ CARLTON, etc.
4. V-GUARD INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. ( 2002 TO 2005)
Worked as a Technician for Research and Development Department of V-Guard (Mainly in
Power Electronics) . The activities of this R&D department is to develop new products and modifications of existing V-Guard products like UPS, STABILIZER, WATER PURIFIERS,
WATER LEVEL CONTROLLERS, WATER HEATERS, SOLAR WATER HEATERS Etc.
My responsibilities includes to assemble new products, assisting Engineers for all R&D
works, PCB designing, Product bill of material preparation, Documentation and stock
maintenance of R&D store.
5. INTERGRATED COMPUTERS SYSTEMS & SERVICES. (1996 TO 2002)
My responsibilities at the Time of Joining was to Servicing of PC Hardware, UPS, SMPS, PC
Monitors, Installation and Service of Bar- Code based Time & Attendance, Security Systems
(Camera, Access controls) & Software (Attendance Reports, Payroll Etc.) and worked as a
marketing executive of above mentioned activities.
