A Landmark Group Enterprise, brand name with iCare Clinics a renowned name in healthcare industry with 6 clinics in Dubai, dynamic growth in business with an accurate focus by skilled management to become number one in a decade.
Reporting to the HOF, Responsible for the financial accounts of the company, with Annual Turn Over of AED 30 million. Responsible for a team of 4 Accountants.

 Review payment voucher prepared by AP team member, checking proper accounting entries
 Checking DSR reflecting daily sales compare with budget and daily cash sale collection through bank statement
 Prepare weekly sales report and monthly as well considering target with different aspect: Clinic wise, Doctor wise, Department wise, compare with previous months’ and years’ figures and numbers.
 Keep control on 22 Landmark Group’s intercompany receivable, reviewing Inter Company Reconciliation.
 Coordinating with Insurance Team, keep review on monthly basis Claim submission, Rejection, Re submission, Payment received and regular follow up with Insurance Company for unprocessed claims, Reconciliation of claims receivable against payment with different Insurance Company.
 Analysis on variance in margins of COGS and Operating Expenses
 Monthly Payroll Accounting of 200+ staffs, analysis on differences compare with previous month
 Computing monthly doctors’ incentive on the basis of their generated revenue.
 Prepare monthly P&L report differentiating MTD and YTD
 Likewise monthly prepare different periodic Management Reports (Quarterly, Half Yearly & Annual) providing variance analysis of business results and highlighting the reasons for the variances
 Prepare monthly MIS reflecting movement of different parameter: Cash Sale, Intercompany Sale, Insurance Sale, % of growth or decline, Doctors’ periodical performance. Report is preparing in Power Point for presentation to Management and brief in meeting presence of HOF, CMD and CEO of the company.
 Keep control on all GL accounts, Review different balance sheet schedule: Prepaid, Provision for expenses, Staff Advance, Leave Salary Payable, Gratuity and others.
 Preparing of Forecasted cash flow, keep control on cash availability for regular payment.
 Responsible for Bank Reconciliation, at the same time going through different suppliers’ reconciliation.
 Generate payable ageing analysis on a regular basis to avoid any delays in suppliers’ payment
 Co-ordination and assisting to internal Auditors and Statutory Auditors.
 Maintaining Asset Register/ CAPEX ensuring every addition and disposal of assets are properly done.
 Prepare operating budget based on previous figures and considering management’s new proposed project.
