Project: Construction of foul sewer network for Inner Doha, Doha, Qatar.
This project will provide a complete collection of sewage generated from various areas in Central part of Inner Doha such as Al Muntaza, Rawdat al Khalil Street and some areas beyond C ring road towards Al Hilal area.
The project includes* 32-kilometer length of foul sewers of pipe size ranging from 300 millimeters to 800 millimeters * 16 km length of Foul Sewers (pipe size 200mm) for house connection riders * 935 Nos Sewer Manholes * 1390 House Connections
Client: ASHGHAL.
Budget: 200 Million QAR
Responsibilities:
•Review of Method statements and material submittals as per the QCS 2014.
•Study the feasibility of Traffic Diversion plans prior to sending to Client and MOI approvals.
•Coordinating with civil design engineer in case of any design change in network due to site condition or obstruction.
•Attending material testing at approved third party labs.
•Supervision of construction of foul sewer network which includes trench excavation, pipe laying, backfilling including Asphalt Reinstatement work.
•Supervision of construction of Manhole and inspection chambers which includes waterproofing works, installation of D.I Cover and in situ GRP lamination.
•Witnessing Air test, deflection test and CCTV survey prior to network handover.
•Verifying the works as per approved checklist for the handover to client.
•Keeping record of work on daily basis.
•Preparing weekly progress Report for the client.
•Instructing contractor to follow the Safety and informing unsafe practice to HSE inspector.
•Reporting to ARE / SRE.
Project: Vendome Mall
About project:
Project is located in one of the prime locations in Lusail entertainment city with direct sea view. The proposed mixed-use development is called Vendome mall, mall consist of (1B+LG+UG+1st+2nd Floor) and 3 Hotel Towers (1B+LG+UG+1st+2nd+12 Floors).
The mixed-use development consists of two separate sites connected by two bridges, each site consists of one basement floor as a car parking and service area and lower ground, upper ground, first and second floor that include parking spaces, shops, arcades areas, café and cinemas and other entertainment facilities. Starting from the roof levels there are three Hotel Towers with 12 floors.
The project plot is approximately 200, 000 Sq.m and total built-up area is approx. 835, 000 Sq.m including the external works (Landscape & Irrigation works; Roads & Pavement works and water feature works)

Responsibilities:
•As an Inspector from PMC my role is to supervise and attend the architectural, Finishings, waterproofing works and fire sealant inspections.
•Coordination with architects for design supervision and Mockup inspections.
•Inspection of kerbs castings and floor epoxy with parking and Road markings.
•Inspection of EIFS system for external building cladding.
•Inspection of Roads construction works.
•Updating progress of works, progress photographs and IR Log.
•Preparing SORs and NCRs.
•Updating/Informing to HSE about the unsafe practices if observed any.
•Reporting to Construction manager.
Project: Road improvement work in Northern Areas
Client: ASHGHAL, Public Works Authority
Budget: 95 Million QAR
Responsibilities:
•Inspecting site condition prior to start of site activities, verifying the compatibility of site with designed permanent work.
•Checking for obstructions. Photograph and document the condition of existing property that might be damaged by the work. Make sure all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are properly protected.
•Inspection of drainage works like storm water line, gully chambers and manhole chambers.
•Supervision & inspection of Foul sewer network and manhole construction.
•Construction supervision of various utility ducts like Electrical ducts, HV/EHV ducts, Streetlight ducts, Ooredoo ducts and Water ducts.
•Inspection of road construction works like earthworks, subbase, BC & WC.
•Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contract Documenting and approved shop drawings and submittals.
•Prepare daily logs and reports, maintain record of inspection made, test performed, and work executed etc. as per QCS 2014.
•Observing site safety practices.
•Report any concern to Project Engineer of Ashghal
Project: Construction of Al Jemailya / Al Otouriyah /Al Shihaniyah Road (Doha Expressway program - P 019)
Client: ASHGHAL, Public Works Authority
Budget: 650 Million QAR
Responsibilities:
•Supervising and inspecting road construction works like Earthworks, Sub base, Road base, Bitumen course and PMB layer as per ITP’s, method statements and QCS requirements
•Construction supervision of varies dry and wet utility ducts, i.e. EN ducts, QAF ducts, Ooredoo ducts, ITS ducts, Portable water line, TSE line and Storm water lines.
•Supervising and Inspecting road furniture installation works like Guard rails, traffic signs, kerbs, road marking and studs.
•Attending Inspection Requests and taking appropriate action in a timely manner
•Keeping record of quantity of work on daily basis.
•Preparing DPR and Surveillance reports.
•Adhere to HSE policy.
•Reporting to ARE / RE.
Infrastructure
Project: Construction of Port and Road Network at Al-Hallaniyat island
Client: Ministry of Transport & Communication, Director General of Ports
Budget: 36 Million OMR
Responsibilities:
•Independently handled the road construction work of 19 km main road with 3.5 km of internal roads and 3 km town to seaport road.
•Construction of new Foul sewer network for about 150 houses at internal road.
•Responsible for construction of Box culverts, Pipe culverts, Irish Crossings, Future ducts, existing utilities diversion & protection and manhole Chambers.
•Coordinating with Surveyors, material department, supervisors and Foreman for day to day activities.
•Coordinating with Sub-contractors for road excavation by drilling and blasting.
•Raising RFIs and taking follow up with consultants for daily inspections.
•Giving Daily progress report to planning engineer.
•Reporting to Construction manager.
Roads & Bridges Unit
Project: Construction of Asphalt road from Wadi Hatt to Ar’Rustaq (Phase IV)
Client: Ministry of Transport & Communication, Director General of Ports
Budget: 14 Million OMR
Responsibilities:
•Construction of road drainage structures like box culvers, pipe culverts and Irish crossing.
•Responsible for construction of earthworks layers like embankment and Subgrade and pavement layers like GSB, ABC, Base course and wearing course
•Coordinating with supervisors and execute the work as per planned schedules.
•Coordinating with QA/QC engineer for fulfilling the inspection and test requirements of project.
•Coordinating with Quantity Surveyor for providing the quantities of work to be carried out.
•Co-Ordinate with storekeeper inspection of all project material delivered at site. Reporting to construction manager.
Project: PMC services for 4-lanning of Talegaon - Amravati NH-6 in the state of Maharashtra (Km 100+000 to km 167+725) total length -66.725 Kms
Client: National Highway Authority of India
Budget: INR 567 crores
Responsibilities:
Reporting and assisting the Resident Engineer in monitoring and process control for all the activities related the project. Responsible for execution and checking of each activity as per concessionaire contact and guide line in IRC specification MORTH & IS Codes. Gather and update data relevant to road design. Execution of embankment, subgrade, GSB, WMM, BM, DBM, BC layers as per specification, monitoring various tests at Lab and on site required for earthwork, GSB, WMM, BM, DBM, BC as per specification. Recording of measurement of work done at site. Monitoring of surveying activities for setting out proper alignment, planning and scheduling for the construction work. Preparing daily and monthly report for
the management and client.
Project: Construction of 57 kms of road network including 2 lanes and 4 lanes roads with RCC drains & Box culverts
Client: Maharashtra Airport Development Corporation

Responsibilities:
•Responsible of laying of G.S.B, W.M.M, Bituminous Macadam, Dense Bituminous macadam, Bituminous concrete as per I.S, I.R.C and MORTH specifications.
•Supervision of laying of PQC, DLC, construction of median kerb as per specifications.
•Responsible for coordinating for compaction tests on different layers.

Project: Improvement of Karanja Malegaon state highway to NH standards
