 Study the Scope of work, design, drawings, contract documents, applicable standards and specifications prior to execution of any jobs
 Ensuring use of latest approved shop drawing, specifications, engineering deliverable, Standards and data sheets.
 Review PO, drawings, specification & supplier document. Inspection, testing of electrical & instrumentation items and report any deviation from the project requirement.
 Prepare & review of Quality control documents deliverable such as (MAR, MS, ITP, FAT, RFI, NCR, Snag list, SAT, as-built, Final dossier) as per Client & project specification.
 Raising inspections of the works and material delivered at site is as per the ITP.
 Review inspection reports and records of Quality Control carried out on completed jobs.
 Review Client’s Inspectors deliverables, analyse and resolve issues emerging during the Quality Control activities. Ensure that all inspection and tests witnessed by clients.
 Tracking of Testing Equipments and Instruments for Calibration Records
 Co-ordinate with client, contractor & Supplier attending progress review meeting, etc.
 Lead the team of engineer, supervisor for execution of projects, Keep-up all targets.
 Permit system (Hot/Cold work) follow up with Company daily basics.
 Implementation HSE rules & regulation for project site without fail.
 Ensure availability of adequate manpower, materials, spares, tools and test equipment guided by standard procedure.
 11KV RMU and 11/0.415KV, 1500KVA ONAN transformer Supply, installation, testing & commissioning assistance.
 Low voltage Capacitor Bank supply installation, testing & commissioning assistance.
 415VLV Switch board, Power DB & Lighting DB supply Installation, testing and commissioning.
 110 AC UPS, Battery Bank with link & Fuse box Installation, testing and commissioning.
 40A/63A Schneider Drawable feeder modification on Existing switchgear
 New RMG Active & Monitor regulator replaced with existing PRS skit.
 Spools 16” and 10” replaced with new spools according to active & monitor regulator.
 Active & Monitor remote signal sensor & new cable installed and connected with existing RTU cabinet.
 Solar system structure with panel erection, cabling, battery breaker panel, Battery bank, Fuse box and charger controller for St. LT.
 Cathodic Protection Transformer, lamp, Test point installation, cable Glanding, termination & commissioning assistance.
 RTU, Fire & Gas and marshalling cabinet Installation, testing and commissioning.
 Lighting System-Interior/Exterior supply, Installation, testing and commissioning.
 Fabrication & installation of instrumentation stanchion & panel base frame.
 Cable tray, Ladder & supports supply, installation accordingly to layout drawing
 Earthing System (Deep well) supply & Installation, testing and commissioning.
 Power, control, FO & earthing cable supply, laying testing and commissioning.
 Fire & Gas, Process instruments & Junction box supply, installation, loop testing and commissioning(UV, MCP, GDT, GDF, Hooter, Sounder/PT, TT, Pig signaller)
 MOV, ROV and control valve functional test & Final Commissioning
 Attend Snag list close out inspections with consultant and client
 Fire & Gas System Loop & Functional checking(UV, MCP, GDT, GDF, Hooter, Sounder)
 Process Instrument Loop & Functional checks (PT, TT, Pig signaller)
 MOV, ROV and control valve functional test & Final Commissioning
 Insulation Resistance for cable, DB, Switch Gear, Motor, Transformer (HV/LV).
 High Voltage (Hi-pot) test for cable, DB, Switch Gear (DC/AC Voltage).
 Battery Charging (Constant Voltage Method) and discharging test (Torkel kit) for AC UPS/DC charger Battery Bank.
 Fibre optic Cable Splicing & OTDR testing.
 Attend Snag list close out inspections with consultant and client
 Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, actual Start-up and Final handover to client.
 Dossier submitted and spare listed item hand over
