Work with company management to develop, implement and analyze human resource policies in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulations.
Provide full support for manpower planning, recruitment and selection process
Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests.
Schedules written examination & interviews by coordinating appointments.
Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
Arrange medical tests for visa process and Occupational Health & other mandatory procedures in compliance with UAE labor law.
Maintain payroll information by collecting duty roster and attendance records.
Handling payroll & WPS processing by using Vision ERP system.
Handling employees’ resignations, terminations, and exit interviews.
Preparation of staff annual vacation settlement, end of service settlement
Prepare and drafting out warning letters, annual letter and promotion letters.
Maintaining and developing employee daily attendance report by using Zul-Tech attendance management system.
Oversee all aspects Human Resources activities, lead and serve as professional supporter to the HR department members.
