Induction:-
• Providing induction and orientation to newly joined candidates.
HR Database Management:-
• Management of HR Information System through Oracle HRIMS
• Providing functional support for HR Applications and assisting in evaluating system changes required to support HR functions for re-designing and implementation
• Producing critical reports viewed by senior management and senior officials
• Maintaining day to day HR activities and manpower details of the all regions of the company
• Maintaining employee details, personnel files, Memos, leave records & attendance administration and monitoring.
• Liaising with HRIMS developers to manipulate and bring to up-to-date the functional changes.
• Responsible for monitoring integrity of Group companies employees’ data, reinforcing accurate salary and benefits data management in Oracle system. Providing analytic reports when required.
• Take proactive role in Group HR information projects and ensure implementation and follow up on non-critical system modifications including but not limited to data cleansing and reports modification
 Payroll Administration and Reward Management :-
• Familiar with Wages Protection System (WPS)
• Preparation of gratuity, Employee leave/vacation settlement
• Updating increments and revisions in the payroll
• Certifying all employees’ attendance and overtime hours
• Posting dues and deduction entries in HRIMS
• Prepare calculation of OT and Extra OT for employees and workers
• Increments, Bonus preparation and distribution
• Posting leave settlements, final settlements, HRA advance and salary advance deductions.
• Ensure that all deductions from salary such as advance, penalty, absents
• Entering new hire’s Bank accounts and verifying before releasing the salary and benefits
• Business travel expenses posting and verifying
• Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on existing benefits.
• Advising to Group companies HR on payroll policies and procedures as and when requested
• Preparation of Payroll reconciliation report.
 IR, Employee Relations & Grievances Handling:-
• Labour disputes handling, Grievance settlement with the compliance of Federal Labour Law
• Issuance of inter memo’s and other disciplinary actions as per labour law
• Assisting in developing and implementing the organizations policies and procedures
• Welfare, safety and insurance of all company staffs and workers at all levels.
• Co-ordination with PR Dept in order to renew employee’s Visa, Labour card & Health card
• Processing mediclaim reimbursement
• Responsible for follow up on processing of renewal of Group Medical & Life Insurance policies.Providing guidelines and assistance to the companies HR to ensure compliance with providers’ and HAAD requirements for the policies renewal.
• Ensure effective communication to employees and companies HR concerning the insurance benefits; coordinating training session concerning the employees insurance benefits to the companies/ employees when required.
• Coordination for endorsement, deletion and new policy opening with Insurance Companies and Group Companies.
• Provide troubleshooting support for the companies and employees for the insurance related matters.
• Ensure payments collection from the Group Companies and handing over the same to the Insurance companies.
• Coordinate the roll out of Health Campaigns with the external vendors, Group companies and employees. Taking part in negotiation and contract agreement preparation process with the service providers for Health Campaigns.
 HR Administration:-
• Act as a single point of contact on HR queries and ensuring timely follow up
• Handing employees’ requisitions like HRA advance, Salary advance, Salary pay out issues
• Coordinating with various support groups for the access of email ids, ID Cards, opening of Bank Accounts, Employee insurance policies & Accident insurance
