Project: Dubai Waterfront Development, Dubai, UAE
Client: Investment Council Dubai

Design and build of a multi-storey retail and car park building. This project required extensive coordination with the RTA Rail Agency and authorities due to its close proximity to an underground metro tunnel, and the requirement for a monitoring system to remotely observe the integrity of the tunnel during construction.

Construction works included: piling, reinforced concrete, post tensioned concrete, MEP building services, aluminium façades system, external services, road works, landscaping, building fit out and finishes.

Project: Royal Villa Complex, Dubai, UAE
Client: Engineers Office

Construction of an extensive private Villa complex comprising of a vast high-specification royal villa, guest villa, staff accommodation, office building, service yard, security buildings and multiple ancillary buildings for the Engineer’s Office, the private office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Construction works included: Reinforced concrete works, pre-cast concrete, high specification fit out and finishes, MEP building services, swimming pool, infrastructure, road works and landscaping.

Responsible for a construction team of 3000+ direct labour, staff and subcontractors.

Construction of numerous fast-track building and infrastructure projects for Emaar on its developments including: Retail buildings, F&B buildings, Villas, hotel renovation works, Dubai Mall expansion enabling works, Dubai Lake Fountain and filtration system modifications, Downtown Dubai infrastructure and road works, Emaar Boulevard underground car park works, Dubai Mall Storm Water Network, Downtown Dubai Irrigation network, Mohammad Bin Rashid City show villa and infrastructure, Dubai Creek Harbour roads and landscaping, Al Reem Development roads and infrastructure.

Sole responsibility for the construction of a double storey, 5000m2 footprint Gas Insulated Switchgear building for EMAL, including the adjacent transformer and rectifier structures inside an existing live aluminium plant. This extremely fast-track project was completed on time having successfully achieved all contract milestones dates.

Construction works included: reinforced concrete frame, pre-cast concrete, structural steelwork, MEP building services, building fit out and finishes.
