Presenting a due diligence report and providing clear information to the management whether or not going ahead in promoting the project/rejecting it. The job role also includes collecting all the necessary marketing information and even assisting the sales team whenever a query has been registered with the company.
On the Corporate front
Contacting top real estate advisers like KNIGHT FRANK, SAVILLS, JONES LANG LASALLE, CBRE and others to be their representative in Kuwait. Also includes negotiating the terms and conditions of the arrangement, putting together a MOU and getting detailed information on the project that will be promoted in the Kuwaiti market. The transaction size starts from 5 Million KWD.
• Worked for Isac Furtado (Auditor and Tax Consultant) as an Accounts Assistant from 01/10/2011 to 28/02/2013.
