1-Developing architectural designs from Concept to Design completion using the appropriate software for each work stage, including Sketch-up, 3D max, Photoshop, AutoCAD and/or Basically Revit.
2- Ensuring that all designs provided by candidate for the Practice comply with the regulations of Local Authorities and International Standards.
3-Leading a team of Architects and Technicians within the practice if needed for a particular project, and to manage the production of designs for a number of Projects.
4-Assembling and adhering to programs for all stages of design work.To report on progress, change
and delay issues, including the provision of proposals to resolve them.
5-Coordinating with key consultants which include Interior Design, MEP, Structures & Landscaping.
6-Preparing fire and life safety architectural layout for the proposed building for civil defense approval.To comply with the requirements sustainability design and drawings for UPC approval.
7-Integrating input from the Client, Consultants, Local Authorities into the designsTo liaise with Clients, Client's Representatives, Project Managers, Local Authorities, Consultants, Contractors etc.
8-complete supervision/site inspection services on sites when required.
9- Acting as mentor and assist more junior team members in elevating their knowledge base in the Practice.
10- Contributing to improving the quality levels of the designs, documentation and systems provided by the office and proposing and implementing ways to do so.
