Review and approval of Baseline program submitted by contractor
Drafting contractual letters, Delay notification and controls project progress.
Analysis of KPI, monitoring Look ahead program & reports submitted by the
contractor.
Frequent site visit in order to make sure the progress report information reflecting the actual scenario of the site.
Evaluation and preparation of planning data base for the pre tender projects.
Supporting Contract department for the Duration estimate.
Review and evaluation of Claims submitted by the contractor
Preparation & updation of Clause 14- Program, controlling project progress and tracking Engineering submittals. Submission of Monthly progress reports, Biweekly reports as per the contract requirements. Preparing progress presentations for Client Meeting. Monitoring key performance index, with respect to planned and actual quantities.
Preparation of Clause 14-Base Line Program for the Entire Project.
Preparation of Pertinent Documents-S curve, Cash flow, KPI etc.
Updating & monitoring weekly, monthly Executive Report of the Project.
Resource & Productivity Analysis.
Preparation of Duration computation Spreadsheet.
Preparation of Recovery Program.
Contractual Letter writing such as delay/issues notifications reporting to Client/Consultant.
EOT claim submission by using Time Impact program analysis.
Providing Weekly & monthly Look ahead schedule & tracking the activities in order to complete the project on schedule.
Conducting weekly site coordination meeting for sort out all critical issues, taking minutes of meeting.
Preparation of Cost Break Down Structure.
