Frequent site visit in order to make sure the progress report information reflecting the actual scenario of the site.
Evaluation and preparation of planning data base for the pre tender projects.

Preparation & updation of Clause 14- Program, controlling project progress and tracking Engineering submittals. Updating & monitoring weekly, monthly Executive Report of the Project.
Resource & Productivity Analysis.
Preparation of Duration computation Spreadsheet.
Preparation of Recovery Program.
Contractual Letter writing such as delay/issues notifications reporting to Client/Consultant.
EOT claim submission by using Time Impact program analysis.
Providing Weekly & monthly Look ahead schedule & tracking the activities in order to complete the project on schedule.
Conducting weekly site coordination meeting for sort out all critical issues, taking minutes of meeting.
Preparation of Cost Break Down Structure.
